    Michael founded Odysea Engineering Consultants Ltd in 2024 with the aim to deliver high-quality, practical and efficient engineering solutions.

    He plays a hands-on role in both project delivery and business development, ensuring every client benefits from personal attention and technical excellence.

    Before establishing Odysea, Michael built an extensive career across the energy, industrial and civil sectors. Starting in 2012, he progressed through senior technical and leadership roles gaining experience in complex structural design, project management and stakeholder coordination.

    With a strong technical background in steel structures and additional expertise in project management and inspections, Michael has successfully delivered projects of varying scale and complexity. His approach combines deep engineering knowledge with a focus on practical buildability, safety and efficiency.

    A Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers, he holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee.

    • 1 x Senior Structural Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

    • 1 x Senior Structural Designer (5+ Years Experience)
