We’re excited to share some images of our latest custom-designed warehouse for an industrial site!

This steel-frame structure has been fully designed in-house by our team at Odysea Engineering Consultants Ltd. The design features engineered trusses, bracing, and structural details to meet the client’s operational needs.

Why Trussed Design? Well some of the key benefits to this project by opting for a trussed structure rather than a traditional portal frame are:

🔧 Cost & Material Efficiency: By opting for trusses, we were able to work with our Client's supply chain and allow them to achieve cost savings over a traditional portal frame. The trussed design uses smaller, lighter sections, reducing overall material tonnage.
🔨 Optimised Load Distribution: Trusses distribute loads more efficiently, allowing for a lighter foundation design, further driving down construction cost.
