Our approach to this project focused on balancing extreme load capacity with on-site practicality:
200-Tonne Load Capacity: Each individual stool was engineered and verified to support a safe working load of up to 200 tonnes, ensuring structural integrity under immense pressure.
Modular Layout Flexibility: We utilised a modular design philosophy, allowing site operatives to configure the stools in various layouts to suit the specific geometry of the asset being decommissioned.
Practicality & Portability: Despite their high capacity, the stools were designed to be as lightweight as possible. This focus on temporary works engineering ensures they are easy to transport, handle, and install quickly on-site, significantly reducing vessel or site downtime.
